Lost Souls by TheWhitePen

What if your soul mate is born seventy years after your death? Could you wait? AU/AH No Vamps
Hey Everyone! This is of course the Infamous Tyggy, late as always, but I bring gifts.
I found this gem one day when i got a slew of emails from a C2 community I subscribed too.I won't lie I passed this story up twice (man do i regret it now) but something about this story screamed for me to read it. I couldn't resist the pull of the story and took my first steps into my newest addiction. Like most who are fairly new to fandom, I was a little skeptical about reading because of the summary. Edward dead, Bella Alive no way in hell she could pull it off.

But any doubt I had was crushed after reading the first chapter. Talented is too little of a word to describe this lady's abilities. Everything in the first chapter captured my attention at once. The story is written incredibly well and I am in awe of the raw creativity and imagination this woman possesses. Her concept of the connection between this world and next is so well crafted that even I looked over my shoulder a few times wondering If someone could possibly be around me just waiting for someone to remember them. Now the story is fucking awesome, this bitch knows her shit, and she knows it well. Her characters are complex and the pace of the story will keep you wanting to know more and more about her character's background. Everyone seems to have a story, and if you are as greedy as I am, I'm positive you'll want to know more as well.

Bella in this story, has moved to a new quaint little town, starting over from a very questionable pass which seems to be unraveling as the story continues to develop. She buys a house she adores, though it needs a bit of tlc.The only drawback to the property that bothers everyone but Bella, is that there's a small little cemetery right behind her new home. She buys the house against the relator's advice and settles in comfortably, relishing in her purchase. As the story progresses, we see Bella become draw to a lonely little grave at he far corner of the cemetery, belonging to Edward Masen. Just saying or thinking his name, drew him from an eternity of sleep and brought her to his attention. Even though she didn't know him, she developed a small connection to the fallen soldier and their story is only beginning:

"One grave at the far end of the cemetery seemed to draw me in. It was a lone gray marble headstone. Nothing fancy, just the finely carved letters of the name and dates. The only decoration was a small American Flag that had been recently planted by a veterans group on Memorial Day. He had been a soldier. A tear slid down my cheek, and for some reason I felt a profound sense of loss as I leaned down to read the words on the stone:
Edward A. Masen
February 27, 1900 – October 25, 1918"

Edward P.O.V
"The light flared, brighter than it had in ages, startling and disorienting in its brief flash. But it was over almost as soon as it started, leaving behind only the ghost of an image. A face. The beautiful, sad face of a woman with a tear running down her cheek. I tried desperately to hold on to this image, to sear it into my consciousness before it slowly faded back into the endless black night."

This one chapter had me running to the next button, but i couldn't go on without leaving her words of encouragement to continue, and for a job Greatly done. Don't be scared to read this.  Open your mind to the impossible and new ranges of fanfiction. I promise you will thank me just after reading one chapter. It's well written, original, imaginative and downright fuckawesome.
It is extremely difficult for me not to spoil the story for you. But here's one more sneak peek into her story.

"Lying in bed I was exhausted, but couldn't seem to fall asleep. My mind kept replaying the contents of the diary and what I had learned about Rose and Edward. When I finally did drift off to sleep, I dreamed of the soldier in the picture. Just like the picture, his features and his uniform were all in sepia tones of brown and gray, all except for his piercing green eyes."

Edward p.o.v
"I drifted on to an upstairs room where I found an angel lying on a bed curled up under the covers. Her body hummed, its life force radiating into the space around her. It was this force that had pulled me to her, and I basked in its glow."

If  that's not enough to make you curious enough to read, I don't know what is. Trust in me, and the author, You'll love this story. It's nothing like anything I've ever read and I'm absolutely positive you'll love this even more than I do.

Read and Review Babes, This is one of the author's that truly deserve it.
Muaaahhh!
Happy reads! Look out for My new interview with TheWhitePen coming up soon.

Four Weeks by Elvirina

Summary:

Follow the journey of a destined love between a FEMALE Jasper and Alice, who were brought together by fate, and bonded by a Raw, Intense and an unfiltered connection towards one another. Femme slash.

Before i begin I would like to kick everyone is the shins *kicks* This story should have way more review that jusy fucking 32!

This:

Chapter one:

"Jasper." I said, declaring my name. I was just a few beats too late to be professional, but I was taken aback by the stunning and beautiful girl in front of me. Her hair was dark and thick around the angelic face. She was mesmerizing.

"Jasper?" She echoed and frowned, her voice like a light summer's breeze. I smiled sheepishly as that was the normal reaction to my name. Seeing my name on a business card, a person would surely expect a man, hair on the chest, a hand like a shovel, and definitely packing in the lower department, but I was all female. My mother had just refused to pick a new name when her first born was a girl and not a boy as expected.

"Yes." I smiled cordially.

Is worth Way more the 32 fucking review!! I was sure as hell not expecting THAT when I first read this fine piece of literature. Now I must say when it comes to picking Fics to read I’m down right picky. I can find SOMETHING wrong with almost anything I read. I hate poor grammar and when I see it, it stays engraved in my brain forever. So it is a Miracle that I find something that in less than 10 chapters has me enthralled and away from Twitter. But this story was just…just…just FUCKING AWESOME (I just realized that I have said way to many fuckings in this review already but that is how awesome this fic is). Not to mention the Author is a totes awesome person, Who has become a good friend of mine on Twitter.

.Now if I have one bad thing to say about this story, it would have to be Fucking Leah…literally. This Leah is such a bitch! And I don’t mean in a good way!

Chapter 3:

"What, Leah?" I groaned.

"Oh, you got it bad." She teased. I glared at her, stunned all her anger from last week had dispersed. I had expected her to be all up in my face, barking orders and treating me like shit for a long time.

"I don't know what you are talking about and if I did, it is none of your business anyway." I finished grimly.

"Oh Jasper, get over yourself. I did." She said snidely. "With a nice, young and fresh piece of pussy Saturday... and Sunday."

"God, you are crude sometimes." I sighed and shook my head.

That my friends is a bitch in heat. But this story is an all around good read! So –kicks again- Go fucking read and then review it! A story this god deserves to be read over and over. Its unique and different, Its not something you would see day to day. This is a sparkling gem in some coal? Idk, im bad at analogies. All I know that it’s a damn good read, and that for me is very hard to find. I can go HOURS looking for something to read and not find it at all. Don't believe me? Prove me wrong and check it out then! You won't be sorry. Just be sure to leave her some love and tell her we sent you.

Le Interview With Elvirina

Day: Ello!

Elvirina: hi there

Day: How are you?

Elvirina: Good, eating candy...

Day: lucky bitch...

Elvirina: I think so too... my faviorite

Day: -glares- Lets get on with the interview, shall we?

Day: lol

Elvirina: we shall, ask away

Day: So explain to me, Where in the world did you get the idea for this fic?

Elvirina: Mainly it started as a spin on my story Starting Over. Four Weeks and Starting Over are linked. It is the same Alice featured in both stories. But I just couldn't let go of the romance between Jasper and Alice. I had to explore that and what it would be like between them.I wanted to move outside the box

Day: You might kill me but...I have not read Starting Over is the Jasper in that story also a Girl?

Elvirina: Yep... Chapter 14 might help you. There Bella meets Jasper for the first time and is absolutely clueless to what the hell Alice is up to. But I wanted both stories to be able to run independently You will also find a physical description of Jasper in that chapter Through Bella

Day: I should read Starting Over then...

Elvirina: I don't think that is my strongest work. You don't have to. But it is a general just a common romance

Day: So what inspires you to write?

Elvirina: Stephanie Meyer... who the fuck else. In the beginning in was original stories, but I might as well bang my head against the wall. There are no online readers in that. But she once said she had all these disjointed stories in her head and then she started to write Twilight. I felt the same way and I was always so ashamed about the shit floating around in my head that i never said anything. So I thought if she could write hers down, I could write mine down as well Lame I know, but it is a nice vent to let my mind run wild and exactly how I want insane I wanted it to go

Day: Did ya have any concern with how your readers -glares at those who have not reviewed- would take the plot?

Elvirina: I am an extremely anxious person, I am the fucking postergirl for selfdoubt. So yeah I am worried, but I am learning to deal with it. I try to shake it off that I don't get reviews, but that doesn't mean I don't evny others. *blushes* My Beta on this story helped at lot, she is open minded and honestly liked the plot

Day: So, is the story that you are posting now the original idea you had or have you tweaked it a bit?

Elvirina: It is generally original. Beta help out, especially with grammar and commented if something didn't sit well with her. Chapter 6 and that heated little lemon I have her to tank for it. I never toned anything down to be more modest. It was more the other way around She pushed me

Day: Many author just wing the story after they have a certain idea, do you do that or do you follow a outline?

Elvirina: I generally have an outline in my head. I write a rough draft and then go back and add over several days. Some things only come to me after I have the rough draft, the parts, I think, adds depth and insight .

Day: Did you have any inspiration for the characteristics of your Jasper?

Elvirina: The original. Sort of calm, resting in her/himself. Someone caring, careful and reading into details. That is how I see SM's Jasper

Day: Why did you choose to make Jasper a woman?

Elvirina: I wanted to experiment. I had a rough idea of an original story I wrote a while back and in that 'Alice' was gay, so I build on that. Also I wanted to do something different to spice up Alice and give a twist to Alice. then I couldn't let go how her relationship with her girlfriend would take it's beginning So that became Jasper

Day: Out of All the chapter you have written which one has been the hardest by far?

Elvirina: One not posted yet. Sent it off to my beta today. I am not even sure I am going to post it.

Day: O.O why are you not sure?

Elvirina: I need to make sure that my story should take that turn in development. As said, my stories are linked and I am working on the future plot. But I probably will end up posting

Day: Which was the easiest Chapter to write?

Elvirina: hmm I think the first 2, I seperated them later when the chapter was too long. The lemons have been a bit challanging to write so that was when things toughened up

Day: Has your story won any awards?

Elvirina: What do you think???????????? NO I basically have no readers. *slapping my thigh* This latest posting was tragic

Day: -shakes head- That is tragic

Elvirina: Yeah a little. I love this story, but I also doubt myself enormously... so I think it is not good enough

Day: Who where your betas for the story? are you close with them?

Elvirina: Her name is Dazzled eyes22 and she is awesome. No I am not close with her, but she is someone I trust implicit for her very valued opinion. she is honest and very constructive in her criticism. When I get her comments have the oppotinuty to look at my chapter with her eyes. That is invaluable to me

Day: And You're pre-readers, who i must say i'm absolutely jealous of, What is thier role in the process? If you have them of course

Elvirina: So hard to find someone who doesn't just say... 'that's great' I only have Dazzled eyes on this one. No one else. Why would you be jealous?

Day: Cause this story is awesome

Elvirina: Oh thank you... *blushing*

Day: -shakes head- You really need to gain more confidence with your writing its a very good story

Elvirina: I try to, but Rome wasn't build in a day. I use Tyggy once in a while to pick her mind and boost my confidence

Day: yeah Tyggy is good at that, She is my beta for Cheater Cheater

Elvirina: Tyggy is very honest and I really like her. Haven't known her for that long

Day: How many chapter are you going to have in the story? Is it close to being finished?

Elvirina: So far I have 9 chapters and an Epi. That will be followed by 2 more chapters from APOV, that is were hard chapter are

Broken Dolls by Hopeforastalemate

When Alec finds his mate, Jane is left alone for the first time in her life. She begins the search for her own companion and finds one...in a human. Will Jane give love a chance, or will fear drive her away? Femmeslash

When I first read the summary of the story, I was immediately interested. Jane has always been a favorite character of mine and I always wanted to read a story about her. It is complete and it has outtakes that go along with it.

Jane's brother, Alec, has mated with Demetri and ever since she has felt lonely. Jane's started to get short tempered, using her powers against anyone she comes across. Aro, seeing her distress, suggests that she try finding her own mate, a human since she has not shown interest to anyone on the guard.

One of the things I enjoyed the most about the story was Jane and Aro's relationship, it is more like a  father/daughter relationship. It gives more depth to the characters of the Volturi, which I wish canon would have done. One of my favorite parts of the story is a Jane's description of how they spend time together.

It made her understand a little better why Isabella had so regretted leaving her father Charlie behind in Washington after her change.  Jane had always adored Aro, from the moment he had snatched her from the flames of her funeral pyre, but he had been her master and she his guard.  Now, he was her…father (the word still felt odd to her mind and her lips, though it was getting easier), and she was relishing a kind of parental attention that she had never known or at least, that she could remember.

The times with him she enjoyed the most with him were after he had tired of their games and they sat, quiet and relaxed, on a shaded hillside that abutted the Volturi’s property in Volterra.  Aro would pull her into his arms, stroking her hair absently, and they would talk of inconsequential things…as well as issues that were starting to arise when she was close to Caia.
Now Go read and review this good fic!

Walk With me LFC Hotstuff

Presenting LFC's Hotstuff's work. Walk With me
Edward and Bella were both running away from their bitter and horrid pasts. Edward was devastated by an incident that robbed him of his legs and she was hurt by the man she loved and trusted. Both were not ready for each other when their paths crossed.

Hey guys it's Tyggy!
So, This story, is actually in the process of being reviewed on The writer's coffee shop by me, so it's a waiting game for it to appear. But until then, I get to place my opinion of the fic on our blog.
This story, although it appears a little far fetched, turns out to be so much more realistic than you can imagine. The author LFC_Hotstuff, brings you into her realm of fiction, where not everything or everyone is perfect, and things can change at the blink of an eye. It's utter fan fiction brilliance and I can not begin to inform you of how she drew me in just the first few chapters. I was so in love with this story that i actually stalked her to FanfictionFreedomwriters.com where more of her chapters reigned. Her writing style is FLAWLESS. You may call me biased, but check out the fic, you’ll understand.

Unlike most authors who stray away from the issue called a PLOT. This author sticks with it, and sticks with her heart no matter where her readers want her to go. This fic has everything going for it: Fluff, Angst, Dark, Smut. Anything you can imagine in this fic, it possess, and is beautifully written and blended. If you like an out of the box fic, this is a must read. I wouldn't recommend anything I wouldn't love. Just like I loved it, I’m sure you will too.

How often do you come across a story where Edward’s imperfections doesn’t just stop at his brooding? This author’s version of vampire Edward caught me off guard. I’ve never read a fic where a vampire has a disability. I was skeptical at first. I thought I was going into another fluff filled story where Bella describes the color of her own eyes as Edward gazes into them or A story where Bella gushes over how beautiful Edward‘s skin is in the light. I even thought the idea was ludicrous. ‘A disabled vamp? Yeah right’…But I couldn’t have been more wrong. The author’s portrayal of Edward’s past had me glued to my computer screen, and it was only the first chapter.
In this story, Edward actually gets the chance to go off to war. Like many soldiers he too became a casualty.

“My commander ordered us to move across enemy lines when the left side of the flank was taken out. Serious blast and ear splitting rapid fire was all I could hear when the order was given to start our advancement. As I stepped under heavy fire, I crisscrossed the field with confidence I didn't feel.
My gear was heavy behind my back and my rifle weighty in my tired hands as I the left side of the field with several soldiers I had come to respect. It was too late when I realized that I had stepped on a landmine. It all happened so fast, I could only vaguely remember the explosion, the ringing in my ears, the sparks flying from under me and the fragments of my lower limbs sprawled on the ground.”

From that accident and so on, Edward was never the same. Although, his story is heart breaking, it’s also heartwarming. After decades of brooding and concentrating on all his disability, Edward is dead set on the thought that he is meant to be alone for eternity. On a night where his loneliness had become too strong to bear, Edward had given in to his urges but couldn’t bring himself to continue. He knew that something was missing.

That missing piece is Bella Swan. When she and Edward find each other, it’s more than love at first sight. It’s two souls for two different worlds bonding. She’s sees him for more than just his disability. If it weren’t for the fact that Edward reminds her of his disability I doubt she would even pay attention. Like with every love story comes angst. But it’s not what you expect. You will be introduced to new and exciting characters, even some that you will love to hate. This story brings everything an avid fan fiction reader craves.
LCF has an ability to mindfuck her readers, when you think she's going in one way, her directions change and your jaw is slacken, because she surprises you at every turn. Enjoy the reads sweets, I did, and I still continue too.
Enjoy...

Interview With SammieLynnsMom

Day: Hi!

SammieLynnsMom: Hey :)

Day: How Are you?

SammieLynnsMom: I'm good, how are you? Just an fyi, if I go MIA for a few minutes it's probably because my toddler needs something. She's playing with her kitchen for now, so she should be good.

Day: Im fine ;) No that's fine, Mom first author second! I get it

SammieLynnsMom: Absolutely! I love writing, my kids are my world, so they're always above all.

Day: So tell me where did you get the idea for this story?

SammieLynnsMom: Honestly, it really just came to me one day. My girls were napping, and I had passed out on the couch, and just had this dream that basically turned into the last scene of Chapter 1 where Bella called Edward frantic. When I woke up, it just stuck with me...a lot, especially as a mom myself. What i didn't know at the time, was there was a news story very similar with a little boy named Seth who had been kidnapped and his step-mom was the number one suspect. Someone mentioned it when I posted Ch 2 or 3, and I actually looked back and realized I had fallen asleep during the Oprah show that featured it. So I kinda wonder if that had something to do with it too.

Day: Wow! What motivates you to write the most?

SammieLynnsMom: Writing has been something I've always loved to do. When I was eight I lost my father, his death was sudden and tragic, and of course, my mom rushed me and my siblings to a therapist. Eventually, the Dr. realized I would prefer to write my feelings, so he suggested that I keep a journal and just write when I fel like I needed to get it all out. So I've been writing for a while, but never really thought to publish any of it. When I started Blind Intentions, my youngest daughter had been born recently and it was not an idealistic birth for me, so it was my way of focusing my attention elsewhere. So I would say that motivates me now, along with my readers. I adore all of them, and every week I push myself to continue to make sure they're getting the best version of my story that I can give them.

Day: Did you have any concerns with how your readers would take the plot?

SammieLynnsMom: Yes and no. I knew going into writing that Edward and Tanya being married would turn some off, but I've been really lucky that my readers never really flamed over it. I've only been writing ffn for about six months, but I've been reading, in the fandom, for almost two years...so I knew what was more accepted than not. However, the plot has never changed as a result.

Day: So, is the story that you are posting now the original idea you had or have you tweaked it a bit?

SammieLynnsMom: Still the original idea. In some areas I've expanded so they weren't glossed over, but so far, nothing has really changed from what I originally saw.

Day: Many author just wing the story after they have a certain idea, do you do that or do you follow a outline?

SammieLynnsMom: I don't have an outline, and I've tried making one and I never stick to it. I know all of the biggest and most dramatic plot points and how they tie together, but a lot of the day-to-day stuff I don't know until I sit down to write.

Day: Did you have any inspiration for the characteristics of your Edward?

SammieLynnsMom: Not anyone specifically, no. I think of Edward as a father, and a man, who took the easy way in his life. Now that it's cost him everything, he's strong enough to realize he didn't need that easy route, and that with time, and consistency, he can achieve what he wanted the whole time.

Day: Out of All the chapter you have written which one has been the hardest by far?

SammieLynnsMom: Hands down, Nathan! Everytime I write his scenes or he has a "Jimmy" episode I have to detach or I think of one of my girls. I'm essentially writing my worst nightmare when I write his character.

Day: And the Easiest?

SammieLynnsMom: Esme. She is my mother-in-law, and I have almost a decade of experience there, so slipping into her character is simple.

Day: Has your story won any awards?

SammieLynnsMom: I just won an Avant Garde award for Best Shock Value and that was really amazing. I knew I was nominated, and had made it to Round 2, but I was up against such amazing stories that I was just thrilled to be nominated. A friend pinged me on gchat to say congratulations and I was like "For what?" She told me and I just smiled, it was also my birthday so it made it all the more sweeter. The response to this story has been far more than I ever expected and I thank everyone who reads it, because all of my readers are amazing!

Day: How does it feel to know you have so many readers that love this story?

SammieLynnsMom: Pretty amazing. The support and love I've been shown, has been really awesome. When I started writing it was to get through a very difficult time in my life, and thought to myself if I got 10 reviews that would be cool. When I hit 100 I was like "WOW!' When I hit 1,000 I was speechless. I've met so many amazing women, and some who have shared their own excruciatingly painful stories of their own. It's very humbling.

Day: How does it feel to be fangirled over?

SammieLynnsMom: I don't know if I've ever been fangirled over, but when people tell me how much they enjoy reading and what the story means to them, it's a surreal experience. It's really humbling to know what others take from my words, and I adore them all.

Day: Who where your betas for the story? are you close with them?

SammieLynnsMom: I started with Beth, who is amazing and recently started a new job, so I brought to my team Katelyn. I'm very close to Katelyn and I swear wants to beat me over the head after every chapter. Commas are my weakness and she knows it best of all!

Day: And You're pre-readers, who i must say i'm absolutly jealous of, What is thier role in the process?

SammieLynnsMom: I have two main pre-readers. Kimberly, who is probably my closest fandom best friend, and she knows all. She has been there since the beginning and is generally the ones there when I need someone to talk me off a ledge. Devonmaid is my second, who is newer to pre-reading for me, but only knows what I give her. She helps me see if anything seems confusing for where we are at the story. I have a nasty habit of assuming the readers know more than they do, at the time. Trisha, originally started pre-reading for me, but had some medical problems pull her away from the fandom for a little while. I give her and her husband full credit for all of the cop talk, because her husband is a dective and helped me there. Devonmaid is actually the inspiration for Dr. Devon, Edward's therapist, because one night she played therapist to Edward's character and in a few hours, had hashed out A LOT of the issues brought forward in therapy. I give A LOT of credit to my pre-readers and my betas, for keeping me straight and on point, because I tend to be a little wordy at times.

Day: How many chapter are you going to have in the story? Is it close to being finished?

SammieLynnsMom: When I first started I thought 20 chapters...jokes on me! It'll probably be closer to 30, and I can't imagine it going over 35. I hope, anyways.
